Pathetic service

My partner wanted to buy me a pair of timberlands for my birthday on arrival at the shop, we requested if they had lady boots in stock, to which we got a reply yes, we could not see any so asked again to which we received a reply they are not on display, we assumed she would get us a pair, but no. When we asked her to we got a sigh and she ambled along, we then asked what colors were available she said only the one was, we asked if we could order another color and she said no, needless to say we just turned around and left. To be honest I don't even want to go to another store to purchase your products, this has put me off completely. Surely if you are in retail service is key? I felt I needed to apologize for interrupting her from doing nothing. So disappointed
