Dear Pa Dear pair

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing delay regarding the exchange of my item. Despite previous communication and assurances at the Fourways mall store( pair Studio) , I am still waiting, and there has been no progress or update on the matter.

This delay is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I expected a much more efficient and reliable service, and it is disappointing that the issue remains unresolved after such a long time.

Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I would appreciate a clear explanation for the delay and, more importantly, an immediate update on when the collection and exchange will take place.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response within [24–48 hours], I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further.

I look forward to your prompt reply. NB: I now want a refund for my purchase as im not happy at all. Sincerely,
