Need my cash back

I got a very bad service from Timberland in kuilsriver...i bought a pair of hiking boots by them only wear it once and the hook on the tung was broken i took it back the next day...they took it in only after a week they called me to say that they are going to send it away for repairs....it is almost two weeks later now and i still haven't receive any news from them....and its three weeks now all together for a pair of shoes i paid R2100 cash for at Timberland kuilsriver...i just need my money back....
