i had a very bad experience with timberland i ordered two sneakers on december the 5th waited the whole december nothing...i sent them emails they very very poor in responding to costumers..i was then emailed my tracking number without the information about the courier the only thing i could use was the link and the tracking number my delievery address was my work address because am renting and am always at work...when i went to the logistic website they already updated my parcel as delivered without any communication and no phone call or email as other companies do when the driver is by the gate they call the person responsible for the order..when i ask timberland they tell me they delievered to whom i dont know...i contacted them they said they will get back to me they will speak to the logistic without a name...they telling me my parcel was lost whose responsibility it is to make sure that the person who orders is the one who received the order that why we put in our contact details for them to call when they outside..i told them i need a refund of my money and the insurance i payed coz i didn't even see or even got a call nor sms from the nameless courier they sent....was i suppose to sit by the gate the whole month waiting for what i dont know coz i cant have any sort of communication with the courier they use..now i asked them to send me the record that showed the person whom signed for recieving my parcel they telling me stories..they just ****eed me all my hard earned cash thinking ill be wearing my takkies in december weee so all in all do not do not pay your money rather pay on delivery then putting your hard erned cash then expect stories at the end...no more for me
