I bought Timberland boots in 2021, wore them less than 5 times, and they're already tearing on the brown upper part

I bought Timberland boots in 2021, wore them less than 5 times, and they're already tearing on the brown upper part. The store claimed I have bought them from the kids' range and imp**** that's why they're of lesser quality. I have been told by Woodmead store assistant that the boots are out of warranty as well and won't be repaired or replaced. Has the timberland quality changed I firmly believe that quality should be consistent across all age range. I am reaching out for further assistance, hoping for a resolution given the boots' are still in good condition except the tearing part.
