Hi I was very disappointed from the service I got at your Hyde Park store. There was an unwelcoming lady at the store with an attitude and when you ask which other branch you can get the shoe, she informs me this is the only branch that would have. The service is differen from the last time I came with my husband during feb as we were helped by another lady as she even showed us other shoes that were not on the floor during your sale time and we bought two pairs as she asked the million dollar question "looking for anything specific that I can assist you with" and from that moment she had an amazing customer service recommending other shoes that weren't on the floor making sure we left happy and set. We truly enjoyed that experience as I decide to go back again this week for the same service and we received a hell of a service and I didnt even stay. Please keep same level of energy in stores as I felt so uncomfortable with this woman who wasn't the one who helped me the last time and she had a rude response .
