Excellent customer service

I want to take a moment to give credit where it’s due. I recently visited the Timberland store at Sandton and was assisted by a gentleman named Major. What great service I received! He was incredibly patient — I wasn’t sure if I wanted to make a purchase or not, but because of his excellent service, I ended up buying. Keep up the great work!
