damaged goods bad service

I went to Timberland in Maponya mall with my husband who bought a belt there the belts buckle came off after two months we took it back the the store where the guy at the counter was rude didn't even greet us took the belt and this was on the 07June15 yesterday I went to back to the store to inquire why after two months we haven't received a new belt or heard from Timberland I was rudely told that the belt will be given to me the following day no explanation why it took two months I will never buy from Timberland again!!
