Company doesn’t care about its customers

Timberland in South Africa doesn’t care about its customers, neither do they even bother responding to customer complaints and reviews. Bad way of conducting business for a company whose mission is to do “good business “ in all communities where it operates. Maybe in other countries they live up to their promise but in South Africa they are not! Highly disappointed in the brand
