Bad treatment

I called Timberland shop today (29/09/2015) since its not the first time I buy from them. The shoes I was looking for were not available, therefore I asked the guy who was assisting me to take my details so that he can contact me when they are available. I gave him my name, he started laughing very hard for about 10 seconds without considering that he was wasting my airtime, I asked him what was funny he just kept on laughing without assisting me. My airtime got finished before he could take my details. <br> <br> I don't think ill ever buy anything from Timberland Store in Irene Village
