Bad Shoe Quality

This is a pair I bought at sportscene lakeside mall. After being worn 3 times the sol started coming off. I took them into your eastgate store of which I was told they will email me as they needed to investigate as to what happened. About 3 weeks or so ago I received a call to come collect the shoes at the Eastgate store with two hundred and something rands for repair.‬ ‪I’m like excuse me pay that amount for what is this is a R3000 shoe that was not even supposed to be damaged after being worn 3 times as it classified as “quality”. Eventually i collected the shoe which the store manager decided to write off the two hundred odd for repairs. I wore the shoe last week and guess what the Sol is coming out again.‬ ‪Look into this matter ASAP as I am highly irate with the service and response im getting from you guys. May I have an urgent response as this has been going on for long now since I dropped off the shoes on the 26.04.2019.‬ let alone ur poor response and lack of communication. Brand defect. Brand *****. Even a Mr Price shoes lasts a person longer than what I experienced with you! I demand a refund now seen that I’m being given a run around.
