Bad Service Timberland Southgate

I had the worst service ever from Timberland Southgate , a guy by a name of Tumelo refused to change the shoes that I bought the previous day around 5pm at the store. The shoes were very uncomfortable and I had to return them for a bigger size. I have never had such bad service from any store and I am no longer going to buy the brand as a result
