bad service and damage my shoe

<p>To cut the long story shop , on Saturday 22-10-2016 I went to Timberland Southgate mall and left my pair of shoes to one of the guy who is working there as they did confirm that they will clean them for me but surprisingly they never gave a slip or invoice for it but they were quick to charge me an amount of R180 which I don't have a problem with.<br />On Tuesday 25-10-2016 at about 10H45 I went there to fetch the shoes as they did call me to advise with the pick up as it was ready ,"as they say"</p> <p>When I arrive there only one shoes was clean and the other one was pulled at the back of boxes behind the till and was dirty damage , the other guy was justifying what they did he told some stupid explanation "that the shoe was cleaned but it will never be like the other one "he told me that nonsense and not making sense at all my question is WHY THE OTHER ONE WAS CLEANED?</p>
