Horrible service at Timber connection

I can't believe the incompitancy of Timber connection. On 3 occasions they have postponed and kept me waiting for my product. They take there time getting me a quote after I have to keep calling after then to send me the quote. Then they tell me (after I've made full payment) that I'll get the product in 2 day then it was another 2 days then it was Friday then they call to say my product is ready but I can only get it on Monday. I've just lost a client because of their sluggish, poor response. I am so frustrated with both Chriszelda (sales) and Adri (manager) with he way they do business.
