Wrong item vs Colour on the boxes

We bought tiles last month and Tile Africa- most expensive tiles at R134.50 per sq metre. Colour was Ren Oyster and code is RE044 1st- and they are all not the same. <br> <br> the house now looks like a fool's house with umatching tiles. The design is different aswell as the colour. Some we picked the error before leaving the store but hence the labelling was the same we trusted they are all right.<br> <br> Service was so bad and the boxes were torn- so we suspect they were packed incorrectly/ incorrect tile vs incorrect boxes.<br> <br>
