Very bad after sales service
I bought tiles from Tile Africa on Monday 13 May 2019. Expected delivery was Tuesday 14 May 2019 but this did not happen as they cited that the funds were not reflecting in their account and therefore cannot release the stock. I was promised that my order will be delivered on Wednesday morning.
On Wednesday 15 May 2019 at 10:11 I called their office to inform them that I still had not received my delivery. I was promised that the order reach me before 12 noon. I have since placed a number of calls (12:02. 12:56. 14:52, 15:38 and 15:57) with them and even spoke to their store manager to no avail.
Please help me get my order before end of business today.
