Tiles not delivered in 3 months after payment made

On the 7th of May 2015 we bought tiles from Tile Africa Alberton and made the payment in full. Mitchell advised that the tiles will be ready within a couple of days as they had to order new stock. After two weeks we went back to Mitchell and he advised the tiles will be delivered to us within a few days and they will contact us on the day of delivery. Days past and we called Tile African and Mitchell advised that it will be delivered. After a few weeks again I went to Mitchell and he said the tiles are still in their storage room but we can choose new tiles which will again be delivered in 2 days as they have stock available. The new tiles were more expensive but he advised that due to the bad service they will include the shortfall and deliver the tiles for free. On the 7 the of June it will be 3 months since the tiles was paid for and nothing has been received. This is dreadful service. Multiple times we had to cancel labourers to put in the tiles due to Tile Africa's horrific service.<br> <br> Please can you assist.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Christiaan Cloete<br>
