Tile quality very poor

I have been convinced to buy some tiles on promotion and I ended up in making the biggest mistake ever. It is a very bad outcome be because of the extreme poor quality of the tiles . They are Very fragile and full of chips . Some cracked already after 2/3 weeks . A huge disappointment . I have been very naive listening the sales person . Most probably he does not have a clue about what is he selling and I got onto a trap . Never again . Professionalism and competence is very important . My advise is to stop selling such *******
