Tile Africa refunds not processed
The customer service, in store was good enough. I returned some items from the purchase on Saturday, 2/09/2023 supp**** my bank details. I was told that the refund would go through on Monday 4/09. Nothing received upto 10th September. I went to the store and it was made clear that they doubt my request, 1st question that why did I not go to the store to query on 4th. But I should expect it by 11th. Have not received it till 14th. I called the store and was told that it would be processed immediately and they will call me back. Still waiting for it
