Tile Africa Pomona Branch

Tile Africa I’m utterly disgusted with level of service I’m receiving from your Pomona Branch. I have spent a great deal of money renovating my house as a first home owner this means I want to have something that I’m proud of hence my wife and I decided we were going renovate our new home. I reported that the Tiles I bought have different colour shades, the store advised that it’s 2nd Grade tiles and that there is no guarantee they further indicated that it’s written on the invoice. Fine granted I didn’t read the terms and conditions of buying 2nd grade tiles and it was not verbally indicated to me by the sales person Now the dilemma is the A marking that don’t come of, we went to the store to report that and the Store advised that we should use Warm Water with Soap and the Marking didn’t come off my wife went to the store alone when I was away on a business trip and they sold her a bottle of Purge that also didn’t work. My wife went back to the store again where she was ridiculed once again, when I returned from my trip I accompanied my wife to the store and one of the managers came to our house to see for themselves that was on the 15 of December 2018. The manager realised that the markings don’t come off and he went on a search to get the exact tile for replacement but couldn’t find anything, through all this I had to post something on Social Media in order to get some movement from the store. With the last visit to my house they advised that they were going to replace +- 40sqm of tiles but I had to pay 90% of the Labour. Why should I pay for the labour because I didn’t mark on the tiles it came like that from the store and the store received it like that from the factory? The store is saying my Tiller should have noticed that the markings don’t come off but his Job is to lay the tiles not wash the tile to see if the marking come off or not. These are bullying tactics and it’s not fair. I kindly request that this matter is escalated because the store is failing to do the honourable thing and resolve this matter without dodging responsibility.
