Tile Africa

<p>I bought tiles from Tile Africa in Germiston/Edenvale, about 110 boxes, with 1.44m2 per box. When the tiles were laid by our tiler, in the kitchen and tv room, more than 50m2, we noticed that there was a colour variation between the tiles. We contacted Barry, the branch manager at Tile Africa, Germiston, who came out to look at the tiles, and he was in agreement that it was not right.</p> <p> </p> <p>He was very helpfull, and arranged to have all the tiles removed that was already laid, by the tiler from Tile Africa, as well as taking back the remaining boxes. He offered us another batch of the same tiles, but we were to scared to use that tile again. Barry then arranged for a refund on all the tiles, the cost of my tiler, for the tiles laid, and supp**** me with the tile cement that was used. Barry went out of his way to assist, and this is what you call customer service. Well done Barry, we need more people like you. Leon </p>
