Store Manager Not so Helpful

When it comes to home renovation, one can experience frustrations regarding this and Thanks to this place which made it more worse.

Walked into this store on a Saturday and was attended by the Branch Manager. He just came out the back and was profusely sweating through his clothes. It seemed to me he had hyperhidrosis, which did not affect me that much(this is beside the odour-which was unbearable)

I had chosen a Tile and was quite excited with it, best I have seen thus far. He took like 15 mins to check if he had stock available and give me a simple quotation even after my Husband gave him a detailed explanation of our floor plan.He had to seek the help of colleagues in determining what amount of Cement etc was needed for the Job. I then came in after 3 days to choose my shower mosaics and was assisted by the Floor Manager who had way more product knowledge and was very helpful...He gave me the right quantity of what I required.

I suggest these stores train there Managers (and staff) before they attend to their clientele.
