Shark of tile supplier

Worst place ever! After paying for tiles that they had in stock (in warehouse), we have had endless promises on delivery and it's been a month. They do not want to refund our money. We have had to take leave from work every time we get promised delivery and has been costly to my partner and I. Legal action seems to be the only resort left.
