It is such an exciting time when you finally reach the point of saving all your money t o renovate your home and then just FEEL ****med /misguided by the so called experts. On arrival at Kenilworth store Cape Town the staff was fantastic I got everything at very good prices which made me more comfortable I was in good hands. The gentleman worked everything out on calculator I gave him all the sizes of my small 3mx1.6m bathroom I even got a leason on how sqm is calculated. I eventually paid it all and left with my tiles. After tilling 4 boxes was left I went back to return them cors clearly he made me take way to much tiles according to his calculation. I got to the store 15minutes before closing the doors was closed and he was letting customer out that was in the store but he remembered me and I told him he gave me to muc tiles and I want to return the 4boxes left over tiles he very quickly dismissed me saying store is closed and he will not take them back because it don't make sense to take them if they don't have anymore stock in the store and he will call me next day to confirm stock. I was so confuse cors its your tiles I got it from your store and it's your misguidance I'm having so much tiles left and you not having stock got nothing to with me returning tiles. It just felt like he knew how to get rid of me like he is use to leading clueless people to take to much tiles and when they want to return them he spin the no stock bull story. It really feel like he **** people for the stores sales stats. Please this is not fair and he really left me with a bad spirit and I feel ******. He never called me and cans remember his name but he was the only guy and two ladies that I saw the couple of times I was there visiting the store.
