Ridiculous lie about goods to be delivered

Sales person Jean Flourie is lieing to a loyalty customer , goods I ordered has not been delivered on time, keep on call him , he just keeps on lieing the goods will be delivered the same afternoon, but up till 06 September 2017 morning he is still telling me goods will be delivered but he never done it!!! Finally in the afternoon I went to the store , the manager came and tell me the good is not yet arrived in the store, actually they are out of stocks!!! How ridiculous, unacceptable lieing service they supply!!!!
