Refund witholding
<p>Greenstone Tile Africa branch have to date not pay back my R18k refund. It has been done on 10 July and after numerous calls i still have no funds payed back to myself. My business depends on this money to pay worker day rates yet Greenstone just says sorry it will be in. </p>

As discussed with you by our Greenstone staff. The delay in the refund is not with Tile Africa itself, but with the bank. A refund takes 7 days to reflect back into your account. I have forwarded a mail to your mail address from Absa confirming this.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.
