Pricing confusion
Why the hell do you put prices p/m2 if you don't sell one m2. I went to buy 14 m2 yesterday. Today I send my boy to go buy a m2 you tell me you don't sell one m2 yet your prices are shown p/m2.
It doesn't make sense to me I'm one m2 shot to complete my project now you forcing me to buy the whole box, in my opinion I think that's idiotic. your pricing is something else

Thank you for raising this issue with us, and it is a question we get asked often. Tiles are priced per square meter as an industry standard across the world. All tile retailers in South Africa and globally keep to this standard. We do however make provision on our pricing for the box price and state the surface area per box alongside it.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and that our staff did not make this clear to you when visiting our showroom. As a show of good will we would like to give you the 1m2 you are short at no charge. Our branch manager Rishie will be in contact with you regarding this.
We have taken this as an opportunity again to reiterate to our staff the importance of explaining the way tiles are priced and the importance of supplying as much information as we have available to us.
