Poor service from such big company it's appalling

Bought Tiles in Paarden Eiland branch on the 18th May 2019, was told they don't have stock should wait Tuesday stock arrives and they sell the very same order i paid for to someone else.They don't bother to call me i have been calling asking for my order.Fazlin was responsible for the order i placed she promised me my tiles will arrive on the 24th only now i discovered they had transportation issues will only receive stock on Monday 27.The tiler is waiting for the tiles so he can finish n go work elsewhere.
