Poor customer service

I needed I assistance on the floor and there was no one,I went to the cashiers to ask for assistance.When asking for assistance from Xoliswa she insisted that I didnt greet her,I proceeded to tell her maybe she did not hear me bt I did,seh made a whole issue about it,I then left to fetch my mother from the shop floor so we could leave,Xoliswa then proceeded to tell another customer about this issue,who also interjected uneccessarily,Xoliswa then arrogantly pointed me to go tell Martin(store manager)who was of no assistance at all.Im disgusted at this behaviour
