Pathetic Tile Africa Pomona

Got the most HORRIBLE service from Tile Africa Pomona, I went their Pomona store to buy more tiles, was advised they don't have the stock I want but they have stock available in Klerksdorp branch the best I can do is to pay for the tiles so they can be reserved and they will hold it for me until I can get them my side. The challenge was that because it was December and their drivers were on holiday I can arrange a delivery for when they open on the 6th of Jan. I call the store while I was away around the 3rd January if they still got my stock they said yes, then fast forward a week later I call on 14th Jan and I am now told a lame lie that the tiles got broken I should come get my refund. Worse I have to wait days to get that refund back.
