Over charging of customers
I am not satisfied about the service rendered at Tile Africa in Polokwane Cnr Nikkel Rd & Hoof street Superbill LIMPOPO i went there to buy a boxes of tiles with cement ,what surprises me is how they do a display board selling price is R104.34 per box that holds 4 tiles inside quantity is 52 but the total of it came to R7812,98 . They say their display price differ from selling price ,they say they include there square meter price (on hidden price) which i dont know and it makes no sense . Yesterday we made a quatation for nimbus ivory polished floor tile for 14 box display price R113 plus VAT of 15% of which their selling price is different from their selling price by R163 ,SO CAN I HAVE CLARITY ON WHY THEY CHARGING US MORE .

I would like to apologize for the confusion you experienced while shopping with us. As an industry standard we price our tiles per square meter. That is because when you come to purchase tiles you usually know what size your room is in meters and it easily translates the price that you will pay for the size room you have. We do however sell the tiles per box. Our price per box is also visible on our price labels, but are quite small. I am so sorry that one of our staff did not explain the way we price to you as this is quite confusing if you are a first time tile shopper.
