No samples from Tile Africa

I just popped in to the Garsfontein Tuke Africa store about an hour ago to see if I cant get a few samples of Slate tiles for our bathrooms.

The sales guy said they don’t give samples because its sold per square meter. I told him that is weird cause all their tiles are sold per square meter; so don’t they give out any samples of any tiles??? To that he just grinned and laughed.

I bought a large quantity of slate a few years back from the Centurion branch and then they were more than happy to assist with samples. I’m even willing to pay for a sample.

No one in their right mind is going to buy tiles without getting samples to see if they will be right for the room.

Very disappointed in the service.
