Lack of advise + bad product = ruined kitchen!

Due to the lack of advise received from the manager in Alberton, my brand new kitchen is now ruined!!! It would've been nice to know before buying the super nano black porcelain tile, that you guys normally don't recommend it being used on floors, and that it scratches VERY VERY EASY! (As advised by the very helpful lady in Edenvale where i went to go and collect an extra box. Your area manager then told me ("off record") that its a very bad tile, that is why he doesn't keep stock of it in his store.

Those new tiles looks like they are 20 years old. Nothing gets rid of the scratches, and nothing, not even the nano restore product puts the shine bac**** Your staff's lack of product knowledge/lack of giving a damn has ruined my new kitchen, and has costed me a lot of money! I will never support your stores again!! For a ****** tile that is priced at R240 per square this surely has been a very expensive lesson!!!!!
