Insulted by store assistant
On the 7th June, I entered tile Africa Ontdekkers store to buy tile installation tools and was rudely told that I should leave the store without provocation nor saying anything by the guy called Lester, I said to him the proper way to approach a client entering the store is to great and be polite not rude as he was towards me, he furthermore went to say I didn't sanitize my hands which I told him that I have cuts on my hands/palms and that I would highly appreciate if he offered me water even cold to wash my hands in order to comply, which he said to me he won't do that and he is not a doctor seeing that I am educated I shouldn't ask him for alternatives. I then told him that I will keep my hands in my pockets while inquiring on what I came in store for, he then told me that's his store I must leave, that's when I lost it and told him to get the **** off. I am truly flabbergasted and feel disrespected by the treatment/reception received as a customer of your store. I have been a customer of princes store dating back when George was the store manager. There are people that really need employment and are able to treat other people with respect irrespective of their background or skin colour, the one you have in store by the name Lester* is one of the people that should not even be allowed in any business or employment environment as they do not have what is called humility and customer service.
I therefore call for action to be taken against him and his behaviour. His insults towards me were uncalled for.
Warm regards, Tile Africa.
