Greenstone Tile Africa exceptional and brilliant client service !!!

I visited Tile Africa to get some few boxes of some tiles. My first encounter was with Tile Africa New Market which was not so great. To summarise the events I paid for the wrong code of tiles which the sales person on the floor had said to me yes they had in stock. When I was loading I realised it wasnt what I had bought from Greenstone and needed more boxes. To get the reimbur*****t took me hours until they eventually referred me to Greenstone. On the contrary when I visited Greenstone, it was different story. The purpose of my review is on the exceptional service I got from the Greenstone Team (Tania, Lelo, Matome, Tshepo). They made me feel like a client and my little money mattered to them. Tania/Tanya kept updating me of what she was doing and she valued my time in the store. I would like to say its true when they say "A team is as good as its leader". Tania/Tanya you are exceptional, you are a Star. You guys rock. Keep up the good work. I stay 2.4km from Tile Africa Newmarket and I don't mind driving to Greenstone which is 21.4km. In these dark times, every client that walks through your doors is a blessing. Imagine how many people have lost jobs this year and we have them but we make our clients feel as if you don't want to be at work. Once again, I thank you for the service.
