faulty returned stock rejected
Tile Africa Alberton on the day of purchase had a wonderful experience, but the minute I realized bath a basin I bought from them had a crack then it was my worst nightmare. When I took it back today I was told it will not be exchanged. And prior to that I was never told to open all the boxes and check only heard that today. I am ready disappointed with the service I have received today. I have spend close to +- R40000 at this store but the service I received.
