False advertising and dishonest prices

This is a very dishonest place. We requested a sample of a tile we would like to install - EVOKA grey Eco hardbody tile. The tile was advertised as a 7,8mm thick tile. Upon inspection, the tile was 6mm thick and EXTREMELY fragile and soft. We went back to the shop and requested another tile of the same to measure, giving the benefit of the doubt that this was a factory flaw. All the tiles in different boxes (stock and demo boxes) were 6mm thick. We requested for discount, based on the fact that the tile was incorrectly advertised, and immediately got shot down.

We went to CTM for our floor tiles. You get what you pay for and know upfront the quality of the tiles you receive.
