Extremely poor customer service
<p>15.08.2016 - I Bought Desire Bath mixer wall mounted from Springfield Durban ( Bianca) Invoice No-0010/ ********** 4 but aerator was missing</p> <p>18.08.2016 - Went back to store to report . Lady said "You have to buy it separately from somewhere else, which she doesn't know from where?</p> <p>18.08.2016 to 30.08.2016 I Drove to all stores in Durban( Plumblink, Shower Haus, Shower line etc etc etc etc) to find aerator of 20mm OD</p> <p>05.09.2016- Went back to store seeking help to get contacts where I can buy it from, no help</p> <p>09.09.2016 - Went back to store again, Denver promised to find the place to buy it from</p> <p>15.09.2016 - Called Denver, he might forgot , Doesn't care</p> <p>19.09.2016- Called ( ********** 700) head office to file the complaint, got number ( ********** 405) of regional manager,He promised that somebody will call from store to help</p> <p>23.09.2016 - Received call from Bianca that I must pay so that part can be ordered for me</p> <p>23.09.2016 - Made payment EFT and sent proof</p> <p>30.09.2016- Received the Aerator but WRONG SIZE (24mm OD instead of 20mm Outer Dia),</p> <p>After 50days I still can not use the hand shower</p> <p> </p>

Firstly - please accept our apologies in this very delayed process with purchasing an aerator. This certainly should not have taken even half that amount of time.
I have brought this complaint to the attention of our national operations manager, GM & regional manager for the branch. Alvin will be in contact in due course.

This is almost three(3) months since this issue was raised, so many aerators of wrong sizes has been arrange just to show that someone making the attempts but what is the use of all these exercises.I have already paid for a new aerator but till today I am not able to use hand shower.
I bought hand shower on 15.08.2016.
