Experience at Tile africa Southgate

I have been a customer @ Tile Africa for years and in my history with the company i have never encountered the level of arrogance that i experience from one of the managers at Tile Africa Southgate. In many of the business that i have brought to Tile Africa , i recently bought tiles worth more than 100k and i had a complain regarding the tile and honestly i just wanted them to see the tile was not looking for strip and replace just for them to see what my complain was and see how we can sort the matter out going forward.

No one came as the manager was on leave according to the sales person that assisted me and they were short staffed so as a result she could not come through too, I decided to go to the store to return the tiles to exchange for another tile. When i arrived there i spoke to Sylvia and Puleng and the called the manager as he was in the office, i was in a hurry so i asked them if they could quickly come with me to the warehouse to see the tiles, they saw the tiles we went back to their front store part and we got there i asked the ladies where was the manager, the guy who's supposedly the manager was standing outside looking at us through the glass window smoking his cigarette unaffected. One of the ladies went outside to call him again , when he came inside he gave stinking attitude with no accountability at all for his actions, the conversation between us just got heated and to a point where he asked me if i know who he is and that if we were not in the store we would be talking a different story, does Tile Africa Southgate teach their managers to threaten to beat up customers instead of resolving their concerns ? i had told myself that i would never buy from them again or recommend any of my acquittance's to give them business from the hostile experience that i had uncounted. the guy is arrogant and did nothing to assist he just decided to walk away with no solution or what so ever and left the two ladies to deal with the matter.

Puleng had apologized on his behalf and they assisted me with Sylvia ,Percy called to find out what happened and as result i went back to buy again from them, what made me to write this review is after the person rudely answered me over the phone today when i called to order more tiles. This was the last day i have ever bought from that store. I would gladly take my business else where. and would advise any contractor or developer i know to never buy from that store. ****ty service indeed from their manager
