Empty promises

The East London store is a bit of a mind-bender. Walked in, paid for what i was told were tiles in stock. Arrived the next day to pick them up and was then told "sorry, our mistake, out of stock". Ok fine - when will they arrive? In a few days - we will phone you. A week later they phone - yippee - tiles will be hear this weekend. Arrive on Sunday, sorry they didn't arrive but don't worry, they will be here tomorrow. Phone today - oh dear, they didn't arrive. But you will have them Wednesday, latest Thursday. I will go past on Saturday and either fetch my tiles or my money.
