Dissatisfaction with the service

So I went to spring field Tile Africa where I purchased a free standing bath tub and a vanity cabinet on a Friday. I was assured that it will be ready for collect on Monday. Monday came and the stories began I was told that I will have to collect at another branch in Umhlanga as the stock hadn’t arrived as promised. I went to Mhlanga only to find that the vanity drawer was Brocken where I was then called by spring field branch that so collect there the following day. Tuesday morning I go to collect and more stories to make matters works the gentleman I was dealing with was on leave and everyone at the shop was clueless regarding my order, I collected the cabinet then was told to go back to umhlanga for the bath tub. I get to mhlanga and these was more confusion but eventually I collected but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had to go through and I will not be coming back for anything else there was no urgency whatsoever.
