Correctly labelled box but wrong tiles

I first bought 24 boxes of SN156 Sonata Grey Ceramic tiles, picked up the tiles and left my contractor to fit the tiles. Day later contractor ran out of tiles, then I bought 4 more boxes of the same tile, that's when I discovered that I was invoiced for the SN156 Sonata Grey Ceramic when in fact I was given SN 157 Sonata Stone Ceramic. The boxes appeared to have been labeled Sonata Grey when in fact Sonata Stone was packed into the boxes. Then the games began with the Store Manager initially indicating a full refund then later changed tune to a 10% refund but I'm stuck with a house fitted with wrong tiles and yet I was invoiced for the correct tiles. I wrote to Ricus who tried his best to help but all he could get is a promise from Johnson the manufacturer to visit my house when it suits them. In the mean time I'm drinking Pepsi when I ordered and paid for Coke. I get the impression that Tile Africa Management thought they could just dismiss me by throwing a 10% bone and hope that I would get lost.
