Best service from Sheryn Mtlala

Sheryn Mtlala's was amazing ! She was patient and so so helpful whilst assisting me. . She directed me to all the products I was looking for and made my choice of prodycts that much easier. She readily provided me with her contact number which made communication a breeze when I needed to inform her that dispatch had given me the wrong tile. She went further, and ensured that I received the correct sample tile the next morning without me having to coax or convince her that the mistake was on their side and not mine. Her exemplary service is what prompted me to go back the next week and purchase more products from the Woodmead branch. I highly recommend looking for Sheryn when visiting Tile Africa Woodmead. She is an asset to the store .
