Beraiah @ TILE AFRICA BOKSBURG IS A SUPERSTAR!!

Over two months ago we decided to rip out our entire home and renovate. Not knowing where to start we visited a few building and tiling companies. One day I stopped at Tile Africa Boksburg during their Grand Opening period and was greeted very enthusiastically by a young man called Beraiah and a hot delicious cuppa-chino. I spend over an hour in the store and by the time I walked out i chose tiles for the house, bathroom as well as a new, bath, basin, toilet and shower stall. I advised Beraiah that I was just checking and would like a quotation to compare. He made notes and sent me a complete quote including glue, grout and everything else required the prices was amazing as he ensured to add all promotional items to help me cast save. I advised him that I would bring my hubby in closer to the time. The next time I walked in I was greeted by Name. I nearly fell on my back. Beraiah remembered MY name and everything I chose. To make a very long fond memory into a short story. We have completed most of our renovations and Beraiah has been there with us through every step of the way. Giving advice guidance and what I loved is if he was not sure he would escalate to his manager and assist accordingly. This young man knows what he is doing and is so passionate. He made this unbearable journey an absolute pleasure. We salute and thank him for the excellent service and wonderful coffee's (As well As Elizabeth for the wonderful smile with every cuppa).
