Absolutely Unsatisfactory Service

I built a new house and got all my tiles from Tile Africa at exceptional prices. I went into the Centurion store where I bought my tiles at R 100sq/m and I wanted two more boxes of the same tile. It was on display but out of stock. The lady phoned Woodmead who showed four boxes on the system. The tile \Twilight Polished Porecelain T***\". I was promised that a person would bring the tiles to Centurion branch and I would be notified. After hearing NOTHING I stopped at the branch and I was again promised the same about a week later. She was not available. Now another week has passed and I have yet to be called to collect the tiles.<br> BUT was she quick to tell me I cannot ever again get tiles at the price I did as it increased thee fold.<br> All I wanted was the tiles at whatever price.<br> After being so happy at the time I am now sorry I ever went to a company that thinks so little of my investment to just plainly IGNORE ME after PROMISE.....we will contact you in a day or two....in fact Monday 22 March was the date."
