Bad Fish

I have purchased their fish and chips on numerous occasions and it is definitely a hit and miss. A few times the Fish was good however mostly the Fish is off and I have informed the manager Sally at the Shelly Branch about this. Her attitude is that their fish is always fresh!!!. Well last night we tried one more time and to our disgust when we opened the parcel you could immediately see that the batter was old and looked terrible. My Wife and myself tried to eat this but within 30 minutes we both had upset stomach,s and felt sic****!!! This will be the last time we try anything at Tightline Fisheries. Why don't they open the parcel so one can inspect the contents before leaving the shop?? Or is it they do not want you to see what ******* they are selling you!!!!!
