Poor customer service from Tifosi Sports situated in Randburg

I've been a customer of Tifosi Sports for reasonable period of time now and have bought On sports shoes and sporting accessories regularly. However, my tolerance levels with the poor customer service has reached its limits. This is now the second time where the incorrect items were delivered and where I had to return it at my own expense with very little to no remorse from Tifosi Sports for the inconvenience caused.
