YE CANCELLED EVENTS AND NO REFUNDS PAID

I bought Tickets to Ye and On the 1st Dec they said we where gonna receive automatic refunds since we used cards to purchase. And it takes 7 to 10 working days. I followed it up on the 13 Dec the they said the refund was only actioned on the 8th of Dec. Today is the 27 and I Have yet to receive my refunds.
