Worst ticket website I have ever worked with.

They take the money for the tickets but I never get them and trying to log in to get your tickets works 0% of the time. You create an account and as soon as you try to log in they say "We can't seem to find your account". Trying the "Forgot password" button only sends you into a loop of verification and "Change email" for some reason?! Pathetic experience.
