Worst ticket sales service ever

Ohh my God!!!! The worst system and service ever, I attempted to buy tickets for a rugby match from them on 2 occasions and both times they took my money and didn't send me tickets. The cherry on top is that they don't even have customers service on the phone anymore, it's "fully automated" I wish I could give 0stars. Refunds are about to be a nightmare
